Human-Centered Design
Start with the person, not the product. Deep research into specific user contexts — interviews, observation, prototype testing — to build solutions shaped by real behavior rather than assumptions.
System-Angle Design
Zoom out from the single screen to see the entire ecosystem. How components, patterns, and data structures relate to each other — architecture that scales as complexity grows.
Strategic Balance
Design operates within time, resources, and business goals. Strategic balance means making deliberate trade-offs — knowing when to invest in polish vs. ship quickly, and how to sequence work so the most impactful decisions come first.
